Coaching is a short-term, goal-oriented relationship between a coach and a coachee that focuses on achieving specific outcomes or objectives for a coachee. It is a formal and structured relationship with a defined timeframe, whereby a coach helps the coachee to discover their own solutions through answering the thought-provoking questions raised by a coach. Coach does not have to have specific industry or field expertise to stimulate coachee’s problem-solving thinking.
At Vancouver Coastal Health, coaching services are available to you through leveraging internal pool of Leadership Coaches at VCH or alternatively through the network of external coaches, if needed. If you are interested in coaching, please fill out the intake form HERE and we will respond back to you afterwards.
