Goals

• This project aims to: - Create a sustainable collaborative forum for physicians to share concerns and challenges. - Facilitate cross-organizational problem-solving and resource alignment. - Improve access to funding opportunities, operational support, education and community connections. - Strengthen relationships between hospital-based and community-based providers. - Engage medical students to support long-term recruitment and retention efforts in Kelowna.
