Goals
- Evaluation of current use of telehealth and identify challenges regarding booking, technical failures, IT assistance in order to provide more meaningful and impactful feedback.
- Educate and meet with physicians, collate data and prepare a summary paper for IHA Telehealth for consideration.
Outcomes
- Provide physicians with a means for feedback to improve the delivery of care to the Health Authority.
- Improvement of Telehealth has been identified as a priority for both the division of Respirology and IHA strategic plan.
