- Organize a retreat to engage Physicians in a discussion on what are the root causes for Family Physicians relinquishing their active privileges at KGH.
- Identify potential solutions to address the factors contributing to Family Practitioners relinquishing their hospital privileges.
- Develop a plan to address the identified root causes.
- Develop a business case outlining the needs emerging from the discussion.
