Goals

• Medical Staff want to feel valued - one of the ways is to build a sense of community across departments. Having a social, collaborative, fit, and team building event helps appreciate senior staff, welcome new staff, build a sense of community and hopefully build relationships and trust, thereby supporting both recruitment and retention.
