Goals
- Optimizing the complex logistical and communication demands of managing critically ill patients in T3, especially with the added complexities of workflow related to the COVID19 pandemic.
- Utilize a Delphi-like process with key stakeholders meeting to address the various barriers experienced and establishing methods and processes to best address them.
Outcomes
- Improve the quality of care for patients and their family AND simultaneously ensure the safety of physicians and other professionals, particularly within the extremely challenging time of the COVID19 pandemic.
