Optimizing the complex logistical and communication demands of managing critically ill patients in T3, especially with the added complexities of workflow related to the COVID19 pandemic.
Utilize a Delphi-like process with key stakeholders meeting to address the various barriers experienced and establishing methods and processes to best address them.

Outcomes

Improve the quality of care for patients and their family AND simultaneously ensure the safety of physicians and other professionals, particularly within the extremely challenging time of the COVID19 pandemic.
