Goals
- Current civility training risks being perceived as siloed or insufficiently aligned with contemporary equity frameworks. Efforts to “add in” Indigenous or equity perspectives retrospectively can unintentionally essentialize knowledge systems and undermine trust. A system-level redesign is required to ensure the initiative is appropriately situated within the broader healthcare landscape.
