- To improve the work environment for the Hospitalist through a process that engages the physicians in working collaboratively with the Administrative team to design, renovate and refurnish their workspace.
Outcomes
- The ultimate outcome will be an improved work environment for the Hospitalists conducive to enhanced communication among and between team members, supportive of their professional accountabilities and contributing to increase job satisfaction.
- The process will create an opportunity to engage physicians in supporting the ongoing relationship and shared accountability with the Site Administrative team.
