Goals
- In conjunction with the CO Division of Family Practice, develop a Health and Wellness Strategic Plan for physicians practicing in Kelowna by undertaking: • A needs assessment utilizing physician survey, focus groups and stakeholder interviews; • An environmental scan with literature review and identification of similar work being done regionally, provincially and nationally
Outcomes
- To draft an initial plan with specific objectives and goals for feedback and approval by the COKDFP and KGH Physicians Society.
