Goals
- Create and implement standardized post operative order sets for the following areas: • Day care general surgery (e.g. laparoscopic cholecystectomy, inguinal hernia) • Breast and melanoma surgery • Gastrectomy • Bariatric surgery (sleeve gastrectomy) • Liver resection
Outcomes
- Implementation of standardized order will help support care of surgical patients across the continuum of their care, including the immediate and early post operative period.
