- To develop and implement a shared vision, goals and a plan that also recognizes hospital and health authority priorities and constraints.
- To benefit the hospital and IHA region to promote pediatrician recruitment, retention and departmental morale in a time of region-wide pediatrician shortage.
Outcomes
