Goals

• This project is designed to bring external systems specialists, engineers, and digital workflow experts (potentially in collaboration with Okanagan College) to objectively map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and co-design future-state processes that align with paperless practice and AI scribe integration. This is not a technology procurement project — it is a workflow intelligence and systems engineering project, focused on redesigning how care is delivered in a digital ED environment.
