Goals
- KGH MSA currently maintains multiple web properties with inconsistent navigation,outdated content and overlapping functions (member site, FE Projects, educationupdates). This fragments the physician experience for anyone seeking FE applicationmaterials, recruitment information or MSA updates; raises ongoing hosting/maintenanceoverhead; and leaves the newly redesigned FE framework (Project 1) with no cleancanonical home. In May 2026 the KGH MSA Executive directed consolidation onto asingle property ahead of the October 5, 2026 AGM. This application covers the workend-to-end as one consolidated project: discovery and information architecture,design, build and content migration, FE-framework integration, accessibility/QA, amember-and-staff dry run, and AGM-day launch with a 30-day fix window.
Outcomes
- Deliverables: (1) content audit of existing MSA web properties (inventory, redundancy,retention/archive decisions); (2) member journey maps and information architecture; (3)wireframes and high-fidelity design comps for key page types; (4) hostingrecommendation memo (cost/benefit) for WG decision; (5) build of the consolidated siteper the approved design; (6) migration of retained content with archive of deprecatedcontent; (7) integration of the FE framework materials (form, routing guide, WGadjudication checklist) into the FE Projects section; (8) accessibility and link-checkingpass; (9) member-and-staff dry run; (10) AGM-day go-live on October 5, 2026 with a30-day post-launch fix window. Beneficiaries: all KGH MSA members; the FE ProgramManager (a single canonical home for FE materials); the MSA Executive and WorkingGroup; and prospective recruits.
