Goals
- KGH Neurology is currently struggling to meet the needs of our community. Much of ourattention has been focused on call. We require time as a group to prioritize next areasfor improvement. I would like to have as many local neurologists as possible meet tomake a list of key services - ie call, EEG, EMG, urgent outpatient neurology andassociated operational support needs for presentation to our operations allies.
Outcomes
- The objective is intended to create an ordered "to do list" for neurology needs tostabilize and improve access to care. The use of the funds would be for 2h of sessionaltime and a meal per physician.
