Goals

• This next phase will enable formal training, establish annual membership, and initiate local rounds delivery. In partnership with FEMS, the project aims to train an initial cohort of facilitators and develop internal capacity to sustain and expand the program, positioning the site as a future leader inSchwartz Rounds within the region.
