• Over the past several months, KGH medical staff have faced significant psychological safety challenThe KGH Wellness and Peer Support team is hoping for dedicated time to debrief, collaborate, and reflect on some of the challenges faced by the MS in a safe environment. A retreat evening will allow the team to strengthen cohesion, share experiences, and work towards a proactive, solutions-based approach to supporting colleagues. This investment will enhance the team’s capacity to improve psychological safety, and sustain wellness efforts for medical staff at KGH
