Goals
- To create a KGH Department of Psychiatry Orientation Manual and Community Resource Guide to help new staff transition into our department seamlessly and with a minimum of frustration and stress.
Outcomes
- The manual will also serve as a resource for currently practicing psychiatrists to ensure their practice is in keeping with the rest of the department.
- The community resource list has the potential to be shared with our Emergency or Addiction Medicine colleagues, as many of the resources may be broadly useful.
