Goals
- The objective of this FE Activity is to import specific clinical data (labs, results, medications) and to assess the feasibility of using the patient’s last day in ICU to import to Meditech for the permanent medical record.
Outcomes
- Standardized legible and comprehensive notes that save time and effectively transfer key thoughts and ideas of patient management.
- Patient safety will be enhanced due to fewer omissions of important patient information as well as a built-in safety checklist.
