Goals
- As the acuity of patients increases at Kelowna General Hospital along with the volume, there is a need for more specialties to be in-house for call. This engagement activity is to bring specialists from many departments together to plan for usage of donated space to accommodate this emerging need.
Outcomes
- Bring physicians from multiple departments together to collaboratively plan for improved oncall accommodations.
- Identify the need and plan for the usage of donated space to accommodate the need for oncall rooms in response to increasing patient acuity & volume
