Goals
- Collect and compile information collected along with information from the initial program planning documents to review the extent that implementation has occurred in accordance with how it was intended to be implemented.
- Project will focus on impact of change to patients, impact of change to physicians and impact of change to other hospital staff and resources.
Outcomes
- To understand the impact that this change in practice is having on anesthesia and gastroenterology and to quantify the impact that this change in practice has on the delivery of care for this patient population and related hospital staff.
