- Review and update the current orientation manual for the Pediatrics Department.
- Provide new members information on IHA specific resources, referral pathways and community support available in Kelowna.
Outcomes
- Ensuring new members of staff feel welcome, supported and well informed of the systems in place.
- Will promote staff wellness and ensure staff are up and running, serving the community in a timely manner.
