Goals
- Increase meaningful physician engagement and influence on health care delivery within KGH.
- Build physician capacity in leadership skills through access to ongoing professional development and education.
Outcomes
- Funds will be used to support physician leadership development.
- Three full-day workshops will be held, organized around the LEADS leadership framework. The focus will be on Leading Self, Leading Others then Leading Organizations.
- Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the course work.
