Goals
- Respiratory division would like to put in place specialized clinics with multidisciplinary resources to address patient needs.
- Meet with KGH stakeholders and create and implement a vision for future respiratory care at KGH.
- Define the roles of the physician and any allied health support.
Outcomes
- Builds upon prior projects not limited to the resp/thoracic strategic plan, asthma clinic and nodule clinic.
- Will support further outpatient management and aim to decrease inpatient resource use.
