Goals
- Follow up on the survey which was sent to all female colleagues as a result of complaints received from female medical staff pertaining to gender-based issues.
- Define the themes captured in the survey and work towards solutions to the identified themes.
Outcomes
- Support a safe and inclusive work place.
- Improve morale and help build further relationships amongst staff.
- Supported staff will ultimately be happier and more productive, which will benefit patient care, safety and flow.
